CHELTENHAM TRANSIT REVITALIZATION INVESTMENT DISTRICT (TRID)

This urban design study examined the possible relocation of the existing SEPTA bus facility in Cheltenham, an inner-ring suburb of Philadelphia. The goal was to create a more intense level of development at the Cheltenham and Ogontz Avenue intersection to support increased bus ridership and generate additional tax revenue.
