A small rear addition filled out the lot and created additional retail and apartment space for the renovation of this 19th century building on Germantown Avenue, formerly home to a restaurant called Under the Blue Moon. RUNYAN & ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS designed and detailed the exterior building envelope of the addition.
