NEW SHARON MASTER PLAN
Rosemont, Pennsylvania
New Sharon is a 19th century estate now serving as a retirement facility for sisters of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus. This study included an inventory of the 15-acre site and buildings, program of existing and future needs, proposed design alternatives, and estimated costs. The design concentrated on siting an assisted living facility and a dedicated personal care unit.
