SIGMA CHI FRATERNITY ADDITION & RENOVATIONS
University of Pennsylvania
Philadelphia
In 2001 the University commissioned us to design an addition and exterior and interior renovations for this historically significant residential structure on the main pedestrian spine of the campus. An outstanding example of late 19th century urban residential architecture, the Sigma Chi house will be renovated in a manner respectful of its historic exterior and interior common areas. As a first phase of renovation work, the windows will be replaced in 2010.
