A new energy-efficient window wall system with operable units reduces solar gain, increases thermal comfort and provides a freshened aesthetic to this early 1960’s dormitory. Other improvements to enhance and maintain the building included concrete rehabilitation, heating system improvements, and faculty apartment renovations.
